What's a bluebonnet session like with you?
These sessions are filled with F U N. Capturing your kids playing in a field of short-lived Texas flowers -- nothing sweeter! Candid, playful & emotive are the goal for these photos. Don't worry though, posed smiling shots ARE on the agenda for these minis as well!
What's required to book?
A $50 non-refundable retainer, signed contract & q+a are due at booking. All three must be submitted within 24 hours to fully reserve spot. P.s., if you paid a retainer with me last spring for a bluebonnet session & have not redeemed it yet, you may use it now.
Where will the sessions be held?
Locations will be decided the week of the session date. Blooms are so hard to predict and I work very hard to find the best places to host these sessions based around where the best growth is, lighting and crowds. Based on last year, these will most likely all take place in the Pflugerville area. Again, Location is TBD.
What if our date is rained out?
Should our session get rained out (fingers crossed this doesn't happen), I will have weekday options available to reschedule our time/session together. Location may or may not be at same place.
How much is it to upgrade my gallery?
Bluebonnet sessions will have 30+ fully edited images in your viewing gallery with your choice at your favorite 8. Should you decide you love more than 8, the option of upgrading is available for $65 at initial booking or $125 upon gallery delivery.
Are these just for families? How many people are included?
Nope, any and all types of sessions are welcome! Family, Lifestyle newborn, maternity, headshots, engagement, just the kids, you name it! There is a cap on how many people are allowed in one time slot -- six. If your family exceeds six people, two time slots would need to be booked and an additional fee of $15/person would be applied.
**Please note: Bluebonnets can be very tricky. If they have all died before our session date (doubtful but possible), a wildflower (reds and yellows) session can be used in place of.**
